A insightful new report has targeted the huge issues the UK faces within its buildings, if the country stands any chance of meeting its carbon reduction targets through a massive incentive scheme. The UN has had a breakthrough at the COP 17 Climate discussions in Durban, South Africa. The various countries who are involved in the discussion have agreed that a deal will come to fruition. A breakthrough was made at climate talks in Durban, South Africa when the various nations negotiators came to agreement to initiate a new climate deal that would have full United Nations legal force and more importantly require both more developed countries and less developed countries to cut their carbon emissions.
